Rum Cooler Cocktail Recipe

Easy to make, this cocktail is absolutely delicious. It's also easy to tweak depending on whether you're in the mood for short drink or something that can be sipped in a tall glass over ice. 

Our Rum Cooler cocktail has a lovely balanced warming sweetness. We love serving our Barry Island Spiced rum with cloudy apple juice. As our rum is molasses-based, the addition of apple juice gives spiced apple pie vibes - and who doesn't want that in their glass?!

Our delicious Rum Cooler is really easy to make, here's what you need:

  • 50ml Barry Island Botanical Spiced Rum
  • 50ml cloudy apple juice 
  • 25ml sugar syrup (or swap out for cinnamon syrup if you want to enhance the spices)
  • 25ml Soda Water OR of you'd like a longer drink add 50ml lemonade
  • Serve over Ice

Pour all the ingredients in to a glass and give it a gentle stir to blend everything together. 

Add some ice cubes and garnish with dehydrated apple slice or, we also love it with a slice of orange. Enjoy.
